Cookie policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website can store in your browser to remember information between visits. Other similar technologies, such as local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage), serve a similar purpose. Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) require information to be given about their use and, when they are not technically necessary, the user's prior consent to be obtained.

2. What we use on this website

This website does not use analytics, advertising or personalisation cookies. We have no behavioural analytics service installed (such as Google Analytics), no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking tools. We only measure the website's loading performance with Vercel Speed Insights, which provides aggregated, anonymous data, uses no cookies, stores no information in your browser and neither identifies you nor follows you across websites. The only things we store in your browser are two technical items, which are not cookies in the strict sense:

• webdigna-cookie-choice (localStorage): remembers that you have closed the notice about this policy, so it is not shown on every visit. It stays until you delete it.
• webdigna-intro-seen (sessionStorage): remembers that you have seen the welcome animation during this session, so it is not repeated each time you return to the home page. It is removed automatically when you close the tab or the browser.

These items:

• Do not identify who you are.
• Are not sent to any server or shared with third parties.
• Exist only in your own browser and you can delete them whenever you like.

As they are strictly technical and necessary for the website itself to work (remembering your choice and not repeating the entry animation), they are exempt from the duty to obtain prior consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.

3. Third-party cookies

This website does not embed third-party videos, maps or widgets that install cookies in your browser, and its typefaces are served from the site itself. The only outgoing links are to our Instagram profile, which opens in a new tab: once there, cookie handling is governed by Instagram/Meta's policy, which is unrelated to WebDigna.

The content administration area of this website (for internal use by the WebDigna team, not accessible to the general public) uses its own session system provided by Sanity.io. This section does not affect people browsing the public website.

4. How to manage or delete this data

You can delete the data stored in your browser's storage at any time from its privacy settings (usually under "Clear browsing data" → "Cookies and site data"). You can also use the cookie preferences link in the footer. Doing so will show you the notice and the welcome animation again on your next visit.

5. Updates

If in the future we add analytics or third-party tools that require non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and adapt the website's notice to obtain your consent before activating them. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document. More information about how your data is processed in the privacy policy.
